Spinstellar Account Login
You log in to the Spinstellar account area from a PC or laptop using a web browser, or from a mobile phone and tablet through the mobile site. The login form uses the same email (or username) and password across devices, so your balance, deposit history, withdrawals and session limits follow you between desktop and mobile.
Spinstellar only allows login after you create an account, because access links to identity checks and responsible gambling controls expected in the UK. If your account is locked while verification is pending or after repeated incorrect password attempts, you won’t be able to deposit or withdraw until access is restored.
How do I log in to Spinstellar on my phone without hunting through loads of menus?
Open the Spinstellar site, tap Log in at the top right, then enter your email address (or username) and password. If you use a password manager on iOS or Android, accept the saved login prompt to fill it in.
What do I do if Spinstellar says my password is wrong, even though I’m sure it’s right?
Use Forgot password on the login screen, then reset it from the email link and try again with the new password. If you copied the password from notes, retype it once to avoid hidden spaces.
Why can’t I log in to Spinstellar after I’ve changed my phone number or email address?
Spinstellar can block sign-in until it confirms the updated details, so check your inbox for a verification link or code request. If you no longer have access to the old contact details, use the account support route on the site to update them with ID checks.
Can I log in to Spinstellar with Face ID or a fingerprint, or do I always need the password?
You still need your password at least once, then you can enable device sign-in if your browser or the Spinstellar app offers biometric login. If the option doesn’t appear, update the app or browser and switch on biometrics in your phone settings.
What should I do if Spinstellar won’t let me in because it says my account is restricted or locked?
A lock can happen after repeated failed logins or if checks are pending, so wait for the unlock window shown on-screen or complete the requested verification steps. If it stays locked, contact support and ask for the reason and the exact unlock steps for your account.
Is it OK to use a VPN to log in to Spinstellar from the UK, or will that cause problems?
A VPN can trigger extra security checks or block access because the location looks inconsistent, so log in on your normal UK connection if possible. If you’ve already enabled a VPN, turn it off, clear cookies for Spinstellar, and sign in again.

Account Verification After Login At Spinstellar
After you sign in, Spinstellar checks whether your account needs verification to meet UK anti-money laundering and age-check rules and to reduce fraud on payments and withdrawals.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal and also triggers when you change personal details (name, date of birth, or address) or request an increase to deposit limits.
The casino flags accounts for extra checks when deposits come from a new payment method, when the cardholder name does not match the account name, or when it detects repeated failed payment attempts.
Spinstellar also asks for documents when your play or transaction pattern matches anti-money laundering triggers, such as high-value withdrawals, rapid deposit-and-withdraw activity, or multiple payment instruments used in a short period.
For UK customers, the standard document set covers identity, address, and (when needed) payment method ownership; the casino rejects expired documents and screenshots where key fields are cropped.
- ID: UK passport, UK photocard driving licence, or a national identity card (if issued by an EEA country and accepted by the operator). The document must be valid, in colour, and show the full name and date of birth that match the Spinstellar profile.
- Address: A recent utility bill (gas, electricity, water), council tax bill, bank statement, or HMRC letter showing your full name and current address. Spinstellar typically expects the document to be dated within the last 3 months (council tax bills often accepted for the current tax year).
- Payment Method: For bank transfers, a bank statement or online banking screenshot showing name, sort code, and account number (transactions can be hidden). For cards, a photo of the card may be requested with the middle digits covered and only the last 4 visible; CVV must be hidden.
- Source Of Funds (When Triggered): Payslips, P60, bank statements showing salary credits, or evidence of savings. For large deposits, Spinstellar can ask for a clear link between the funds and the payment method used.
